Rolling Stone: The 200 Greatest Rock Songs of the 21st Century So Far. I cannot argue with the top pick: Maps by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. There’s a Spotify playlist with all 200 songs…a great way to spend 15 hours and 25 minutes.

Here's the playlist for YouTube Music (there are dozens of us!) https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFYkUdNE47eQ
This list really seems like it was put together by a group of upper-middle-class white millennials who all went to small liberal arts colleges in the early 2000s. Which is to say, I really like it.
This comment made me laugh so much!!!
This list has prompted many conversations with friends this afternoon (Taylor Swift? No Bloc Party?!) and also prompted me to make my own Top Rock Songs playlist!
Maps, also known as the hardest song on Rock Band and the one we all wanted to play constantly till someone's fingers fell off.
