Wichita had their first 100 degree day on July 20th, which is pretty late, but then decided to try to beat some records by so far having 28 days over 100 since then. Also it decided to not rain in Kansas in August while cooking us. It is going to be in the 70s starting on Sunday, and maybe this summer will finally, blessedly end, and I cannot wait.
