I LOVE this feature - had to double check my own lifetime total to see how I compare!

Obsessed with this feature of my check-out emails. Every time I walk into a CPL library to return it check out books I am overwhelmed by how much I love sharing free books and public space and resources with my neighbors. Oh, also, we don’t have late fees!

My library also does this! But the phrase it in terms of replacement value, & it’s full retail price, &… lmao, between physical books and the desks/study rooms, I’ve gotten more than 10x value from my property tax allocation for the library
