Yes! As someone in a family with rampant issues with thermoregulation, proprioception etc (POTS, Autism, Parkinson’s and schizo-affective stuff), we can’t sweat almost at all and struggle to know the difference between uncomfortable and dangerous. Even with a mild case, it’s devastating. I once almost blacked out just from working in my garden when it was too hot for my stupid meatsack to be outside (eventho other people would have been fine)
