This is cool. There is a guy who threw a similar thing, but for your Plex library, onto the App Store in beta. I'm not sure if it's still open but it is very fun.
This is not just cool in a *look-what-I-made* kind of way, it's actually very useful and, I'd say, a better way to browse YouTube. I don't think anyone "watches" YouTube, but there's a ton of interesting stuff on it. It makes YouTube much more engaging as a video platform, IMO.
