Fantastic timing! Looking for any of your tips and success stories for alcohol-free versions!
This fall I bought a sous vide set up, now researching how I can make amaro with sous vide.... it's do-able, different components need different temps but do-able! oh boy, I wanted to make alcohol flavor infusions, but THIS will be much more grownup. :D
