Holy moly, that’s incredible!
Saying this as someone directly impacted by HD, never in my lifetime did I think we would see any type of treatment. IMO this is one of the most impactful medical breakthroughs of our generation, maybe Nobel worthy. This could lead to elimination or reduction of Alzheimer's/dementia symptoms across various afflictions.
