I appreciate this no-nonsense flight safety video from Emirates. All the jokey entertaining ones are corny and have grown tiresome.

I'm a fan of that United Rube Goldberg one.

Also, 16 emergency emergency exits sure is a lot. Here's them in action during an evacuation test.

That certification video was 🔥
That was a lot more yelling than I was prepared for.
How on earth would they have evacuated someone in a wheelchair?
I've only asked once about the evacuation procedure for my disabled wife. The answer was "Don't worry. We'll get everyone else off first and then we'll come back for you." Riiighhhht. Sully might.
Come for the safety video, stay for the First Class on the A380 video! 🤯
Flew Air Canada recently and thought theirs was really charming. Interesting but not corny or cheesy. And really clever incorporation of safety video stuff into Canadian locales.

The production levels on that video are top notch - it’s not jokey but it’s orders of magnitude better than the equivalent no-nonsense videos of years past.
It just… feels good.
The woman in that video has one of those "Read me the phone book, and I'll listen avidly" voices.
