Don't mistake my comment for a proto-rant. It was more of an expression of my disgust with myself for actually thinking about and feeling pangs of guilt for the lobster's suffering. My mind is weak.

I read this article this past weekend and was surprised that Gourmet even ran it!
Yet, at the same time I've never enjoyed an article in Gourmet magazine more than I did this one.
What a fabulous writer!
