i agree with david - never change!!!!!!!!
I love the idea of a knitting project being a tool to think about or figure out something specific. I've never considered it that way before. I do enjoy how a project naturally captures the location, headspace, etc. that I was in when making it, but using it as an active meditation seems especially powerful.
