This is such a simple and obvious solution! Meanwhile in America traffic fatalities are still very high and we have no idea how to solve the problem. Sigh, again.

Ii found this out watching an NHL game a few years back. The color commentator mentioned that when players go home to Finland they make sure family or friends drive them around to avoid possibly getting a speeding ticket based on their income!
