Has anyone tried these replacement memory foam ear tips for AirPods Pro 2? Greedy for (even) better noise cancellation and sound quality…

If these provide a snugger fit, I’m sold. Never had a problem with the first generation, but the second generation just won’t stay put

I’ve not tried this brand, but I use similar ones from Comply. I feel like I’m between sizes with the Apple tips and can get a better fit with the memory foam ones. They do need replacing every few months, and sometimes seem to cause problems with charging as they fit in the case slightly differently, but overall I prefer them.

Snug fit is noticeably improved for me. I think noise cancelation/sound quality is on par but haven't A/B-d anything.

I tried a comparable product, but they were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them. They compressed so much that I could feel the hard connector digging into my ears. ymmv

Not these but another +1 for Comply (Grip Max specifically). I also use Comply products for my music/drumming in-ear monitors and they make great stuff.

I've used these exact ones, with the AirPod Pro 2s. I use them for everyday / desk-work stuff as well as crucially, motorcycling, where the noise cancelling is critical. I loved them, they take a little longer to seal into your ears upon putting them in than the Apple silicone tips, but the tradeoff is better noise cancelling, CRUCIALLY - at certain frequencies. I would say the overall level of attenuation is stronger, ie it cuts more, but what's left perhaps can 'feel' more noticeable because it feels like there's more bass left behind. The apple tips achieves what feels like purer, absolute quiet, in an ideal environment, ie a fairly quiet room already, and feel more comfortable - so if I were mostly using them in a desk situation, I would actually favour the apple tips. *However* - on the bike, where total attenuation is more important, the foam ones win out for me. I think it comes down to what 'itches' your brain worse, the absolute amount of noise left over after cancelling, or the vague, constant sensation of pressure from the seal of the foam tips (much like ordinary ear plugs you'd use to sleep on a flight or whatever). Try and see!

Also, forgot to mention that eventually, after ~3 months of near-daily usage (on the bike), my foam tips eventually de-laminated from the plastic base that actually clicks into the AirPod itself. This could just be from my usage, because it's hot and sweaty inside the bike helmet, then with a neck-tube further sealing in the heat etc, and I live in southern California, where it's always hot.. so!

Yes. I had used the Comply's with previous versions of AirPods and one of my take aways was that Apple does a very good job of creating a soundscape with the assumption that you're using the regular tips. I ultimately wanted to get back to the way I felt my music "should" sound rather than complete (or semi-complete) noise cancellation.

I've used Comply tips before, and maybe it's just my skin chemistry or usage rates or something, but none of them last longer than six months for me before the tips stop functioning like memory foam. I'll squeeze them and they'll instantly return to full size, well before I can get them set in my ears. They're not terribly expensive, but it feels terribly wasteful to go through foam earbud tips at a rate of two or three per year.

I use the ones from Comply and absolutely love them. AirPods out of the box would just fall out of my ears when running or exercising. These are easy to install, and have never fallen out once.

Like many others here, I use the Complys and they're excellent. Besides the better isolation, I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears (as much, at least) due to the snug fit.

I've used similar ones from Wicked Cushions. I found that they did help hold the AirPods in better, but become uncomfortable after several hours of use. With my current AirPods Pro 2 I've gone back to the stock tips.

Memory foam tips are so 2020. ;)
Gotta go with hybrids. Silicone outer shell with memory foam underneath.
After getting tired of the memory foam ones turning into sweat sponges (and the OE tips start falling out pretty early into a run - see aforementioned "sweat" thing), which makes it sound/feel like you have water in your ear, I took an exacto knife and made my own taking some memory foam and squeezing it under the OE silicone tips. It was what I wanted, but QC was a challenge and they were a bit on the LARGE size when put together.

Enter Aliexpress. Bought a pair just to see - worked great. PERFECT!
Immediately bought three more pairs as backups, but have yet to need them well over a year later of running 12+km every day.

I use ones from CharJen. They've been pretty awesome both for forming a good seal and not falling out of my ears. Would buy again!

The Foam Masters are the exact ones I am currently using with my AirPods Pro 2.

I have noticeably better noise cancelling for me while flying on airplanes compared to Comply and the OEM tips. My left ear always fails the built-in iPhone testing but the Foam Masters seems to provide much more consistent experience for me IRL.

With the OEM and the Comply, I could hear the noise cancelling go in and out on the airplane quite often. The Foam Masters go in and out far less, and if I just press the left side in a little, it seals up again. I say give them a try. I plan to buy another set when these eventually wear out.
