Can't, won't go into detail because it's dispiriting.
Suffice to say I'll second this: any good going forward and beyond will be us doing it ourselves, joining up with like-minded others -- community and solidarity. All the good will be bottom up.
Nothing will come from the top.
And I'll leave it at that.
